Circle of Friends is comprised of blue sage (cleansing), white sage (protection), cedar (blessing), copal (purification), and sweetgrass (balance). 

How to use: 
Light the sage stick, wait a moment, then blow out the flames. Fan embers lightly to keep smoldering (may need to be relit). 

All Wolf Spirit sage products are hand-picked and processed respectfully, with no chemicals or synthetics of any kind used.
