Monthly Self Assessment

Last week I had a bad fall, accident in my home which has created a a realization that to play my silver flutes is not very user friendly right now until my whole left side of my body heals. I can play my Native flutes and really got going on a healing flute journey with my color therapy lamp and E flat flute. Today I'm feeling a little better, more mobile. I filled out these questions and am grateful you bring out different areas that I would ignore unless I had done this exercise. I have never been very consistant with goal setting and I can tell it will make a big difference to start a new habit. Thanks Jonny.

I feel that The intentional fulte player's planner helps me to get motivated to practice my flute playing. It's also useful to plan, to set goals, to reach my goals. I highly recommend this!

The "30 Day Flute Prompts" will be very useful for me. The Planner also contains many useful tips for improving my playing and being more "mindful" during practice.
