Did you break a leather tie while adjusting your flute? It's happened to almost every flute player! These premium leather ties are made from deerskin and are soft, squishy, stretchy and durable!

We offer these ties in nine colors and two sizes.  Choose either 1/4"W x 72"L  or 7/16"W x 76"L.  You can cut them to the length you need for specific flutes or even do some fancy wrapping on your flutes. 


PLEASE BE AWARE--Dye lots change, if you are using this lace on a regular basis, there may be variations in shading of each color from time to time. There is no way around this. It may not always be exactly the same as last time.

Flute ties

Ties are made with very soft leather. Perfect for the their function.

This is my second purchase of this item, and I am as thrilled with the quality as I was the first time! Now…for the bad news…I am hoping that the store owners will reconsider the amount being charged for shipping. While shipping costs in our country have gone sky high… Many businesses have helped their customers by shipping small items, like these leather laces more afforably than higher price or larger items. The cost to ship this order was more than the item itself. It was shipped in a 6x6 envelope that would have cost $4-5 at the post office. I was charged nearly $10 to ship. Unfortunately this will prohibit any future orders from me.

Difficult to find but no more

I had been looking a place to buy small amounts of leather ties but had no luck unless I wanted to buy a massive amount. These are perfect. But at Horizons I found so much more, and like they say, one thing leads to another. Now I'm trading in a flute to buy a new one from Horizons. Thanks
